Tamota Masala Bajji



Requirements

Tamata - 1/2 Kg (must be all the same size)
Potatoes - 1/2 Kg
Oil - for frying
Garam Masala - 2 spoons
Coriander - 1 cup
Moong dal - four forks
Onions - three
Green chillies - four
Senagapindi - cup.


METHOD

Tomatoes, clean, rinse and put a small incision at the top of the inner pulp, seeds removed and taken to another cup. Moong, potatoes have cooked separately.  check out the Moong grind of cold mashed potatoes, garam masala, salt, onion, green chillies, Coriander and fry the potatoes greated once mixed. This mixture should Tamotas.

Pour in enough water to mix the dough pies senagapindi. Heated oil in pan.Tomatoes stuffed senagapindi in  dipped in spicy oil to fry until brown. Hot spicy Tamota bajji Redi. They are flavored with mint chutney actually being consumed.
