    Veg Palak Koftha Curry


    Ingredients:
    Corn flour - 1 spoon
    Carrot boiled - 1 cup
    Boiled potatoes - 1 cup
    Boiled beans - 1 cup
    Spinach paste - 1 cup
    Tomato paste - 1 cup
    Onion paste - 1 cup
    Besan flour - 1 spoon
    Oil
    Salt to tasteRed chilli powder - Half spoon
    Garam masala powder - Half spoon
    Tempering seeds

    Preparation:
    Heat enough oil for deep cooking. Take a bowl add poached carrot one cup,boiled potatoes one cup,boiled beans one cup,corn flour one tbsp,besan flour one tbsp,red hot pepper powder 1/2 tbsp,salt to style. Mix well all the ingredients equally,prepare spherical balls. Gently drop the balls in hot oil and deep fry.


    Keep turning the balls in between and fry until golden brown color.Transfer into a paper napkin,drain excess oil. Meanwhile take another pan pour some oil and warmth it. Add tempering seeds,onion paste one cup,saute for a second. Add tomato tomato puree one cup,and mix well equally.Cook for couple of minutes.

    Add salt to style,red hot pepper powder one tbsp,garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp and provides it a fine combine. Finally add deep-fried koftas and provides it a mixture,cook for a second.Transfer into a bowl.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
