Ingredients:
Wheat flour 2 cups
Potatoes boiled and mashed
Green peas 1/2 cup
Butter
pomegranate seeds 1 spoon
Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
Chat masala powder 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Green chilli and ginger paste 1/2 tbsp
Oil 2 1/2 tbsp
Preparation:
1.Take a bowl add wheat flour,salt,oil and 3/4 cup water.Mix well and knead into a soft dough .
2.Cover this dough and set aside for 15 minutes.
3.Take a bowl add potatoes,gren peas,salt,green chilli and ginger paste,1 tbsp pomegranate seeds crushed,red chilli powder,dry fenugreek leaves,chat masala powder.Mix well and set aside.
4.Divide equal portions shaped into balls and roll them into discs by dusting flour.Place portion of filling in middle and bring the edges and seal.
5.Press lightly dust with flour and roll out into thick paratha.
6.Heat a non stick tawa place paratha on it cook on low heat for 3 minutes .Flip and drizzle butter all around.Cook on high heat till golden brown and serve hot..!!
