Aloo Palak Pulao(Potato Spinach Pulao)


Ingredients:

Potatoes 2
Spinach finely chopped 1 cup
Rice soaked 1 1/2 cup
Bottle gourd peeled and chopped 1/4 medium size
Ghee 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Tomato finely chopped 1 medium
Salt to taste
Preparation:
1.Take a pan pour 2 tbsp ghee and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds,when they start spluttering add tomato chopped,potatoes cubed,bottle gourd cut and cubed.
3.Saute for 2 minutes.
4.Add rice 1 1/2 cups,spinach finely chopped and saute for 2-3 minutes.
5.Add 3 cups of water and salt to taste.Mix well.
6.When the mixture comes to boil cover and cook till vegetables are done.Serve hot.
