
Ingredients:
Baby Potatoes boiled 250 gms
Maida 3 tbsp
Corn flour 4 tbsp
Red chilly powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped
Garlic cloves
Onions 2 no.
Green chillies
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Oil
Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
Preparation:Maida 3 tbsp
Corn flour 4 tbsp
Red chilly powder 1 tbsp

Ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp

Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp

Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
1.Take a bowl add baby potatoes,maida,corn flour,ginger-garlic paste,red chilly powder,garam masala powder and salt to taste.
2.Add a little bit of water as we needed and mix gently.
3.Take a pan,pour oil for deep frying.
4.Drop the potatoes into oil,deep fry till golden on all sides.
5.Fry all the Potato Manchurian Balls and keep aside.
6.For the gravy, take a pan and heat Oil (1 Tbsp) on medium flame.
7.Add chopped ginger 1 tbsp,garlic cloves finely chopped,onions,give it a stir.
8.Add green chillies,2 tbsp tomato sauce,soya sauce and salt.Give a good mix.Wait for 2 min to cook the mixture.
9.Now add the fried baby potatoes into the mixture,cook for 2 min.
10.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot..!!
