Ingredients:
Atukulu - 1 cup
Bread pieces - 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts
Ghee
Mustard seeds - 1/2 spoon
Chana dal - 1 spoon
Turmeric powder - pinch
Salt to taste

Urad dal - 1 spoon
Cumin seeds - 1 spoon
Peanuts - 1/2 cup
Green chillies - 3
Onion chopped - 1 cup

Preparation:Bread pieces - 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts
Ghee
Mustard seeds - 1/2 spoon

1.Take a pan pour 3 tbsp ghee and melt it.
2.Fry bread pieces,cashew nuts till golden brown colour and set aside.
3.Take a pan pour 3 tbsp oil and heat it.Soak atukulu in water for few minutes.
4.Add cumin seeds,mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp,urad dal 1 tbsp,chana dal 1 tbsp,1/2 cup peanuts saute for a minute.
5.Add green chillies,1 cup onion chopped and saute for few minutes till golden.
6.Add turmeric powder and mix well.
7.Add soaked atukulu 1 bowl and mix well,add salt to taste,fried bread pieces and give it good mix.Off the stove,transfer into a plate and garnish with cashew nuts.
