Dal and Rice Dosa



Ingredients
Rice - 1 cup

Black gram dal  - 1 cup

chana dal  - 1 cup

Salt

Oil
Method
Wash and soak the rice, chana dal and urad dal in lukewarm water for at least 3 hours. Drain, wash and grind to a smooth paste using 1/2 cup of water. Cover and set aside to ferment overnight.
Next day, add salt and enough water to make a thin batter. Heat a non-stick tava on a medium flame till hot and grease it with oil. Spread a ladleful of the batter on the pan. Roast on one side till golden brown and crisp, using a little oil.
