
Ingredients:
Baby corn pieces 1 cup
Capsicum pieces 1
Onion chopped 1
Green chillies 4
Basmati rice 1 cup
Ghee 1 tbsp
Whole garam masala
Pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder a pinch
Cashew nut 10 grams
Coriander leaves
Oil 2 tbsp
1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add whole garam masala and saute for few seconds.
2.Add onions chopped and fry for a minute,add green chillies,capsicum and saute till nice and tender.
3.Add cashew nut,boiled baby corn pieces and mix well.add salt,pepper powder and mix well evenly.Cook for few minutes.
4.Finally add coriander leaves,cooked rice and mix well,stir fry for a minute.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
