
Ingredients:
Kakarakayalu 1/4 kilo (washed,boiled with tamarind,turmeric powder)
Tamarind pulp as required
Fenugreek powder 1/2 cup
Jaggery grated 1/2 cup
Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 cup
Salt 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
Hing
Oil 1 cup
Preparation:Kakarakayalu 1/4 kilo (washed,boiled with tamarind,turmeric powder)

1.Take a bowl add boiled kakarakayalu,red chilli powder,salt,fenugreek powder,tamarind,jaggery and mix well all the ingredients.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add mustard seeds,hing and saute for a while,pour on top of avakai and mix well.Serve with hot rice.
