
Ingredients:
Wheat flour 1/4 kilo
Bombay ravva 100 grams
Ghee 75 grams
Ghee 1/2 kg
Salt to taste

Preparation:
1.Prepare a dough by adding wheat flour,bombay ravva,ghee.Set aside the dough for 1/2 hour.
2.Heat sufficient ghee for deep frying.
3.Take another pan add jaggery,some water and bring it to boil.Prepare jaggery syrup.Keep stirring the syrup continuosly.
4.Now prepare gavvalu with the help of thumb nail or we have wooden blade ( for gavvalu preparation)
5.Gently drop gavvalu in hot ghee and deep fry till nice golden colour.Transfer gavvalu in jaggery syrup and coat well.Remove onto a plate and serve.
