
Capsicum cut into thin slices 2
Butter 2 tbsp
Basmati rice 1 cup
Mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
Dried red chillies 2
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Pepper powder 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
1.Take a pan add butter and melt it,add garlic and saute for few seconds.
2.Add cumin,mustard seeds and fry for few minutes till they start spluttering.
3.Add dried red chillies 3,curry leaves,capsicum and mix well,fry for few minutes.
4.Add cooked basmati rice to the frying pan and give it a good mix,add pepper powder,salt and stir fry for another few seconds.
5.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
