Vankaya Cutlet( Brinjal cutlet)

Vankaya Cutlet( Brinjal cutlet) in telugu,how to prepare Vankaya Cutlet( Brinjal cutlet)

Ingredients:
Brinjal
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder - 1 spoon
Coriander powder - 1 spoon
Turmeric powder - Pinch
Oil for deep frying
Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon
Preparation:
1.Take a plate,add salt to taste,red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp,coriander powder,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,little amount of oil,some water.

2.Mix well all the ingredients evenly and prepare a thick paste.

3.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.

4.Apply the masala paste on brinjal (cut into circles) slowly drop the coated masala brinjal in oil and deep fry.

5.Fry on both the sides evenly till golden brown colour.Transfer into a plate.Garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
