    Nupappu Kajjikayalu



    Ingredients:

    Sesame seeds - 1 cup
    Jaggery - 1 cup
    Maida - 1 cup
    Wheat flour - 1 cup
    Salt
    Cardamom
    Oil
    Preparation:


    1.Combine wheat flour,maida in equal ratios,add salt and mix well with water,prepare a smooth dough.

    2.Rest aside the dough for 10 minutes.

    3.Take a blender add dry roasted sesame seeds and jaggery,cardamom powder and blend well.

    4.Now divide the dough into small equal portions,roll them into small pooris.

    5.Stuff sesame seeds mixture in middle and enclose it firmly,cut the edges with spoon or else use moulds.

    6.Heat oil for deep frying,drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour and serve.
