Ingredients:
Oats – 1 cup
Rice flour – 1/2 cup
Curd or butter milk – 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves -2 tsp
Salt -as required.
METHOD
Mix oats and rice flour with butter milk and marinade for 10 minutes. Grind it into fine paste and build it into running consistency adding very little water. Add finely shredded coriander leaves, cumin seeds and salt . combine well and prepare dosa ‘s on a hot pan. Fry it until golden brown on each side and serve hot with coconut condiment or the other pickle.. Its therefore fast to create and healthy too..
