    Vankaya Chakkrala Fry



    Ingredients:
    Brinjal - 250 Grams
    Maida - 2 spoons
    Peanuts
    Red chilli powder 1 spoon
    Coriander powder - 2 spoons
    Onion chopped - 1 cup
    Green chillies - 3
    Salt to taste
    Cumin seeds - 1 spoon
    Oil

    METHOD
    1.Take a bowl add brinjal (cut into spherical slices)add some maida,salt to vogue and mix well.


    2.Take a flat pan pour some oil and heat it.

    3.Now place the brinjal slices in pan and shallow fry on every the perimeters.

    4.Keep turning the slices and fry equally,transfer onto a paper napkin and omitted.

    5.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it.

    6.Add cumin seeds,green chillies 3-4,peanuts fry for flash till light-weight golden.

    7.Add onion sliced one cup and saute till golden,add coriander powder a try of tbsp,red seasoning one 1/2 tbsp,salt to vogue and provides it a combination,fry for flash.

    8.Finally add well-done brinjal slices associate degreed provides it an honest mix,fry for 2 minutes.Transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
