    Palak Paneer Paratha

    Ingredients:

    Spinach blanched 1 1/2 cup
    Paneer 1 1/2 cup
    Wheat flour 1 cup
    Green chillies 4
    Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
    Coriander powder 1 tbsp
    Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
    Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
    Chat masala powder 1/2 tbsp
    Kasoori methi 1 tbsp
    Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

    Lemon juice 1 tbsp

    Preparation:

    1.Wash spinach 2-3 times with cold water,boil with 3 cups of water.Add in spinach leaves and keep it for 5 minutes.After that drain the water.
    2.Add blanched spinach in blender,along with cumin seeds,green chillies,garlic,coriander powder,chat masala powder,turmeric powder and prepare a smooth paste.
    3.Take spinach puree and wheat flour,salt,carom seeds,chopped spinach,mix well and prepare a stiff dough.
    4.Grate paneer add green chillies,coriander leaves,lemon juice,salt,kasoori methi and mix well.
    5.Make small balls with spinach dough and roll into small puris.
    6.Prepare round balls with paneer mixture and stuff in spinach puris.
    7.Gently pat the stuffed puri with your palms and roll out into a thin paratha.
    8.Meanwhile heat a tawa and roast the paratha till nice golden colour.Apply ghee or butter and serve hot.
