
Ingredients:
Potatoes - 1 cupSoya Granules (Meal maker) - 1 cup
Onions - 1 cup
Ginger-garlic paste
Green chillies - 3
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - pinch
Red chilli powder - 1 spoon
Gasagasalu (poppy seeds) - 1 spoon
Coconut powder - 1 spoon
Tomatoes sliced
Curd 1 cup
Garam Masala - 1 spoon
Coriander leaves
Oil
1.Take a kadai,pour some oil.Heat it.
2.Add 1 cup onions,ginger-garlic paste,green chillies cut and slitted,coriander powder,turmeric powder,red chilly powder,3 tbsp gasagasala paste(poppy seeds,coconut powder) to this mixture.Give a nice stir.
3.Add sliced tomatoes into this mixture.Add salt,garam masala powder,boiled and sliced potatoes.Cover and cook for 2 min.
4.Add soya granules soaked and boiled,sour curd.
5.Add some water as we needed,cook for few min.
6.Finally add garam masala powder,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot..!!
