
Ingredients:
Soya Milk 1/4 ltr
Carrot grated 1/2 cup
Jaggery grated 1/2 cup
Oats powder 1/4 cup
Dry fruits
Cardamom powder 1/4 tbsp
Ghee 2 tbsp
Preparation:
1.Take a pan add 2 tbsp ghee and melt it.
2.Fry dry fruits till golden colour,transfer into a bowl.
3.In the same pan add carrot grated and saute for few minutes,add soya milk and bring it to boil.
4.Add jaggery grated,oats powder,cardamom powder and mix well.Cook till jaggery melts completely and cooks evenly.
5.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with fried dry fruits.Serve hot..!!!
