Sweet Corn Pakoda



Ingredients:
Sweet corn - 1 cup
Besan flour - 2 spoons
Rice flour - 2 spoons
Red chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 spoon
Onion chopped - 2 spoons
Garlic chopped - 1/4 spoon
Green chillies chopped - 1 spoon
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

Preparation:
1.Take a bowl add in sweet corn,2 tbsp besan flour,rice flour two tbsp.coriander powder,ginger garlic paste,salt to style,red chili pepper powder and blend well into a pakodi batter.If want add very little quantity of water.

2.Meanwhile heat decent oil for deep cooking.

3.Gently drop the mixture in hot oil and deep fry until golden brown color.

4.Transfer the deep-fried sweet corn pakodas in an exceedingly plate.

5.Meanwhile take another pan pour some oil and warmth it,add in garlic shredded,green chillies slitted,onion sliced,curry leaves and saute for couple of minutes.

6.Finally add deep-fried pakodas in pan and blend well.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
