    Sprouts Laddu



    Ingredients:
    Sprouts Pesalu - 1/4 cup
    Sprouts Chana dal - 1/4 cup
    Sprouts Bobbarlu - 1/4 cup
    Sprouts Sajjalu - 1/4 cup

    Coconut -1/4 cup
    Cashew nuts
    Badam
    Jaggery - 1 cup
    Kismis
    Honey
    Ghee
    Carrot - 1/4 cup

    Preparation:
    1.Take a pan pour some clarified butter add all mixed sprouts and fry for jiffy.Transfer into a plate

    2.In the same pan add clarified butter,fry dry fruits for two minutes.

    3.Mix all the ingredients and grind them into a fine powder.

    4.Now transfer the mixture into a bowl and add grated sugar,carrot grated and blend well equally.

    5.Prepare ladoos and serve.
