Thotakoora Cutlet



Ingredients:
Thotakoora 1 cup chopped
Bread powder cup
Rice flour 2 tbsp
Besan flour 1 tbsp
Maida 1 tbsp
Onion chopped 1
Boiled potato 1
Raw banana half piece
Carrot boiled 1 piece
Green chillies chopped 2
Ajinomoto
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
Cumin,coriander powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder
Oil for deep frying


Preparation:
1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add onions and saute for few minutes.

2.Add ginger garlic paste,green chillies,thotakoora and fry till leaves are tender.

3.Add red chilli powder,garam masala powder,salt,cumin & coriander powder and mix well.Fry for few minutes on medium heat.

4.Remove from heat and rest aside to cool the mixture.

5.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying,take a bowl add boiled veggies and mash well.

6.Add fried thotakoora to boiled veggies,besan flour and mix well evenly.

7.Dissolve maida,rice flour in water and prepare a smooth paste,add some ajinomoto and mix well.

8.Now prepare round cutlets with the mixture and dip them in maida batter,coat well with bread powder.

9.Finally drop them in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown colour and serve hot.
