    Rajma masala



    Ingredients:
    Rajma - 1 cup
    Tomatoes - 2
    Butter
    Red chilli powder - 1 spoon
    Garam masala powder - Half spoon
    Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon
    Green chillies - 3
    Kasoori methi powder

    Oil
    Onions - 2
    Salt to taste

    Preparation:
    1.Soak the red kidney beans overnight.
    2.Pressure cook the rajms and keep aside.
    3..Heat the oil and fry the onions for 5 minutes. add ground garam masala.
    4.Add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder and cook for another 3 minutes.
    5.Now add chopped tomatoes and mix well,cook till tomatoes are soft and tender by covering a lid.
    6.Add rajma,kasoori methi,red chilli powder and mix well.Cover and cook for another 15 minutes.Finally sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve hot.
