
Ingredients:
Thotakoora 1 cup
Besan flour 1 cup
Cabbage shredded 1/2 cup
Onion chopped 1
Spring onions 1/2 cup
Rice flour 2 tbsp
Coconut grated
Cashew nut crushed 10 grams
Cumin green chilli paste 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder
Oil for deep frying
Preparation:
1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add thotakoora,cabbage,onions,spring onions,cashew nuts and mix well.
3.Add butter,cumin and green chillli paste,ginger garlic paste,garam masala powder,red chilli powder,salt,rice flour,besan flour and mix well with water,prepare pakodi batter.
4.Now prepare small round balls with the mixture and drop them in hot oil till golden brown colour,fry evenly and serve hot.
