
Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 5
Besan flour - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Green chillies - 3
Coriander leaves
Oil
Onion chopped - 1/2 cup
Preparation:
1.Blend 5-6 tomatoes into a smooth paste,transfer into a separate bowl.
2.Now grind green chillies and coriander leaves into a coarse paste.
3.Add this ground mixture to tomato paste and mix well.
4.Add 1 cup besan flour,1/2 cup rice flour,salt,baking soda and mix well water as required.
5.Mix well without forming any lumps.
6.Meanwhile heat a skillet,pour some batter on it and spread evenly in circular motion.Sprinkle some onion chopped,coriander leaves,drizzle some oil around dosa and cook.
7.Flip it over and cook on both sides by drizzling oil.Serve hot.
