    Upma Bonda

    Upma Bonda, Upma Bonda Andhra Style in telugu,how to prepare Upma Bonda
    Ingredients:
    Besan flour 1 cup
    Rice flour 1/2 cup
    Potatoes sliced
    Beans chopped
    Tomatoes sliced
    Tempering seeds - 1 spoon
    Green chillies chopped - 3
    Cooking soda - pinch
    Oil for deep frying
    Carrot
    Curry leaves
    Onions
    Ginger chopped
    Cashewnuts
    Salt to taste
    Ravva 1 cup
    Red chilly powder - 1 spoon
    Preparation:


    1.Take a pan,pour oil.Heat it.

    2.Add tempering seeds,green chillies,ginger chopped,curry leaves,onions.Give it a stir.Add potatoes,beans,tomatoes,carrot.Cook for few min.Add cashewnuts.

    3.Cook for few min,add 3 glasses of water,salt.Bring it to boil.

    4.Add ravva to the boiling water stir continuously without forming any lumps.

    5.Cook for few min.Off the stove cool this mixture for 5 min.

    6.After cooling prepare round balls with this mixture.

    7.Take a bowl add besan flour,rice flour,cooking soda,red chilly powder.Prepare mirchi batter by adding water.

    8.Take a pan,pour oil for deep frying the balls,fry till golden brown.Serve hot..!!
