    Vankaya Batani Curry



    Ingredients:
    Brinjal 1/4 cup (cut into pieces and soaked in salt water)
    Peas boiled 1/2 cup
    Onion chopped 1
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Green chillies 3
    Curry leaves
    Salt to taste
    Red chilli powder
    Turmeric powder a pinch
    Coriander powder 1 tbsp

    Rice flour 1 tbsp
    Corinader leaves
    Oil 2 tbsp

    Preparation:

    1.Take a pan pour two tbsp oil,heat it.

    2.Add cut onions,ginger garlic paste,green chillies cut and slitted and saute.

    3Add herbaceous plant and blend well,cover and cook till its done.

    4.Add salt,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,peas cooked,curry leaves and water as we would have liked for gravy consistency.

    5.Bring it to boil,take alittle bowl add rice flour,water.Prepare a thick paste while not forming any lumps.

    6.Add the mixture by stirring unceasingly while not forming any lumps.Add coriander powder provides it a combination.

    7.Transfer the mixture into a boil and garnish with coriander leaves.
