
Ingredients:
Corn flour - 1 spoon
Carrot boiled - 1 cup
Boiled potatoes - 1 cup
Boiled beans - 1 cup
Spinach paste - 1 cup
Tomato paste - 1 cup
Onion paste - 1 cup
Besan flour - 1 spoon
Oil
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Garam masala powder - 1 spoon
Tempering seeds - 1 spoon
Preparation:
1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add boiled carrot 1 cup,boiled potatoes 1 cup,boiled beans 1 cup,corn flour 1 tbsp,besan flour 1 tbsp,red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp,salt to taste.
3.Mix well all the ingredients evenly,prepare round balls.
4.Gently drop the balls in hot oil and deep fry.
5.Keep turning the balls in between and fry till golden brown colour.Transfer into a paper napkin,drain excess oil.
6.Meanwhile take another pan pour some oil and heat it.
7.Add tempering seeds,onion paste 1 cup,saute for a minute.
8.Add tomato tomato puree 1 cup,and mix well evenly.Cook for few minutes.
9.Add salt to taste,red chilli powder 1 tbsp,garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp and give it a fine mix.
10.Finally add fried koftas and give it a mix,cook for a minute.Transfer into a bowl.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
