
Ingredients:
Tomatoes chopped - 5oo Grams
Onion chopped - 1 cup
Cashew nuts - 6
Green chillies - 3
Red chilli powder - 1 spoon
Salt to taste
Sugar - 1 spoon
Paneer cubes - 1/2 cup

tomato puree - 1 cup

Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon
Preparation:
1.Take a pan pour 3 tbsp oil and heat it.
2.Add ginger,garlic cashew nut paste 1 tbsp and saute for few minutes.
3.Add 1 bowl of tomato puree and mix well.Cook for few minutes till soft and pulpy.Off the stove
.4.Take another pan pour 2 tbsp oil and heat it.
5.Add onion chopped and saute for a minute,add 500gms tomatoes chopped and mix well.
6.Add salt to taste and cook for 5 minutes till done.
7.Add some water as we needed,red chilli powder,1 tbsp sugar and cook.
8.Take another pan pour 1 tbsp oil and heat it,add 4-5 tbsps cashews,1/2 cup paneer cut into cubes,green chillies 6-10 fry for few minutes and off the stove.
9.Transfer the mixture into tomato puree and give it a final mix...Serve hot.
