Ingredients:
Carrot - 150 grams
Pepper - 1/4 spoon
Garlic - 4
Green chillies - 2
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Tempering seeds - 1 spoon
Salt
Lemon juice - 1 spoon

Preparation:
1.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,curry leaves,green chillies,garlic cloves,pepper corns,coriander leaves and saute.
2.Add boiled and mashed carrot pulp,some water and mix well.Bring it to boil by covering a lid.
3.Add rasam powder,salt,coriander leaves and mix well.Cook for a minute,switch off the flame.Transfer into a bowl and rest the rasam to cool down,once done squeeze half a lemon and stir and serve.
