Ingredients:
Capsicum 1/4 kilo
Sweet corn 1 cup
Basmati rice 2 cups
Onion chopped 1
Green peas 1/2 cup
Green chillies 3
Cashew nut 10 grams
Whole garam masala
Pudina
Coriander leaves
Garlic cloves 4
Ginger small piece
Bay leaf
Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ghee 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Preparation:
1.Take a pan pour some ghee and heat it,fry capsicum till light golden colour and keep aside.
2.In the same pan add some more ghee,oil and heat it,add whole garam masala,bay leaf,onions and fry for few minutes.
3.Add cashew nuts,green peas,sweet corn and saute.Now add ground pudina paste (coriander,pudina,green chillies,ginger,garlic) and cook for a minute.
4.Add soaked rice,water as required,salt and mix well.Add fried capsicum,garam masala powder,pudina and mix well.
5.Cover and cook till done,transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
