    How to Preapre Pineapple Rice

    How to prepare Pineapple Rice in telugu
    Ingredients:
    onion - 1 thinly sliced
    cold cooked rice - 150g

    pineapple chunks - 100g
    pineapple juice - 2tbsp
    Soy - 1tbsp
    curry powder - ½ tsp
    garlic cloves - 2-3 smashed
    red chili - 1

    Method: In a frying pan heat oil and add the garlic, red chili and the onion and sizzle until golden brown. Add the rice, curry powder and soy and stir-fry to separate the grains. Once hot add the pineapple juice and chunks and let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes or until the juice is absorbed. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
