BOBBATTU

REQUIREMENTS: 

Wheat Flour (or) Flour - 1/2 kg., Bengal Gram Dal - 1/4 kg., Jaggery - 1/4 kg., Cardamom powder - 1 spoon.

COOKING STYLE: 

Add Water to Wheat flour (or) Flour and gently mix it and make it as like a ball. Next boiled the Bengal Gram Dal, and drain the water from it, and grind it. Next gently mix it with grated Jaggery and Cardamom powder. The sweet mixture is ready now. Slightly heat this sweet mixture in a Pan for just a while. Next make it as like small balls.
Now make the Flour ball into small balls and press each one by one with Presser as like a thick flat Bread. Now put the sweet mixture ball in middle of it gently cover it roundly and press the boarders to joint. And now press it with presser with care. Next you have to roast it on a Pan for both sides with Oil or clarified Butter. Now the Bobbattu is ready... hmm... Vov...
