    Paneer Cutlet


    Ingredients

    1/2 cup grated Paneer
    2 nos. boiled Potatoes (mashed)
    1/4 cup finely chopped Capsicum
    1/4 cup finely grated carrot
    1/4 cup finely chopped Onion

    2 finely chopped Green chillies
    1 tsp finely chopped Ginger
    1 tbsp finely chopped Cilantro (Coriander)
    2 tbsp Corn flour paste (thin)
    Salt
    1/2 cup coarse Semolina/Bread crumbs
    Vegetable Oil for deep/shallow fry

    METHOD

    In a pan, add little oil & saute all the finely chopped ingredients.Add Potato, Paneer, Cilantro & Salt. Mix well for 30 secs. Keep aside to cool. Make balls or any shape from the cooled mixture. Dip the balls in the Corn Flour paste & roll it in Semolina/bread crumbs and deep fry or shallow fry till golden in color . Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
