Aloo 65(Potato 65)

Aloo 65 in telugu,andhra style in aloo 65,how to prepare Aloo 65

Ingredients:

Boiled potatoes 3
Onion chopped 1
Bread slices 3
Pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Curry leaves
Ajinomoto a pinch
Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Boiled green peas 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Boiled cauliflower 1/2 cup
Green chillies 4
Coriander leaves
Oil for deep frying
Preparation:

1.Take a deep bowl add potatoes,cauliflower,green peas,bread,corn flour,ajinomoto,chilli sauce,vinegar,soya sauce,pepper,garam masala powder,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder.salt and mix well with water and prepare round balls.

2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,gently add balls to the frying pan and deep fry till nice golden brown colour.

3.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it,ad onions,green chillies,ginger,garlic,cashew nuts,curry leaves and saute till nice brown colour.

4.Add vinegar,pepper,soya sauce,ajinomoto,garam masala powder,tomato sauce and saute for few minutes.Finally add fried balls to the pan and toss well.

5.Add dissolved corn flour mixture to the frying pan and mix well,cook for another few minutes  till done,sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve hot.
