Beerakaya pachdi

Beerakaya pachadi in telugu,Andhra style Beerakaya pachadi, Beerakaya pachadi by vaishrecipes
Ingredients:

Ridge gourd 250 gms
Green chillies chopped 10
Garlic cloves 4
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Tamarind pulp 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil
Mustard seeds 1/4 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
Dried red chillies 2-3
Curry leaves 6-7

 Preparation:
1.Grate ridge gourd lightly,pound them with garlic cloves green chillies,coriander leaves or u can blend with a blender coarsely.

2.Add tamarind pulp zand mix well thoroughly.

3.For tempering heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,dry red chillies,curry leaves.

4.When the mixture starts spluttering add to ridge gourd mixture.Serve with hot rice drizzled with ghee.
