Ingredients:
Boiled rice - 1 cup
Cashew nuts - 8
Chana dal - 1 spoon
Ginger chopped - 1 spoon
Coconut oil - 1 spoon
Cumin seeds - 1 spoon
Curry leaves
Coconut grated - 1/2 cup
Green chillies - 3
Hing - Pinch
Mustard seeds - 1 spoon
Red chillies - 2
Salt to taste
Urad dal - 1 spoon
1.Heat some ghee in a pan,add cumin,mustard seeds,dried red chillies,chana dal and saute for few seconds.
2.Add urad dal,cashew nuts,ginger,curry leaves,green chillies,salt,sugar and mix well.
3.Add coconut and give it a good mix,cook for couple of minutes.
4.Add coriander leaves,cooked rice and mix well evenly.Cook for 2-3 minutes and serve hot.
