Cabbage Chapati



Ingredients:

Cabbage finely chopped 1 cup
Wheat flour 1 cup
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Curry leaves
Ginger small pieces
Green chillies 2
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tbsp
Preparation:

1.Take a blender jar add cumin seeds,ginger,green chillies,curry leaves,salt into a smooth paste.
2.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add ground paste and saute for few minutes.
3.Add chopped cabbage and mix well,cook till raw smell goes off.
4.Take a deep bowl add fried cabbage,wheat flour,salt and mix well with water and prepare a sooth dough.
5.Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into a thin chapathi by dusting some flour.Place the chapathi on hot skillet and cook evenly on both sides.Serve hot.
