
Ingredients
1 cup - Dosa batter
1/2 cup - Rice Flour or little more
1/2 cup - Onion (Finely Chopped)
2 - Green chillies (Cut in to pieces)
1/2 tsp - Pepper
1 tbsp - Coconut (Grated)
Curry leaf Few
1 tbsp - Coriander (Finely Chopped)
Salt - Needed quantity
Oil - For Frying
METHOD
1. Take a bowl add Dosa batter,rice flour,onion,green chillis,peppar,coconut,curry leaves,salt and coriander.
2. Heat oil in a kadai.
3. Heat oil in a kadai. Take the ladle full of batter and put them in oil. (You can also use hands to drop the bondas in to oil).
4. Simmer the stove. Fry till it becomes golden brown and crisp. Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
