
Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 250 Grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon
Mustard seeds - 1 spoon
Curry leaves
Salt
Red chilli powder - 1 spoon
Turmeric powder - Pinch
Coriander powder - 1 spoon
garam masala - 1 spoon
Shajeera
Onions - 1 cup
Coriander leaves
Cashew nuts - 7
Peanuts
Oil
Preparation:
1.Take a bowl add roasted peanut,shajeera,whole garam masala,coriander powder,red chilli powder,salt and blend into a fine powder.
2.Cut tomatoes into 4 quarters and stuff the ground mixture.
3.Heat some oil in a pan,add onions and saute til golden brown,add tempering seeds,mustard,cumin,curry leaves and saute.
4.Add some red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste and saute well.
5.Add stuffed tomatoes to the frying pan,cover and cook for 5 minutes.
6.Add some water to remaining ground mixture,stir well.Add this mixture to pan,stir gently.
7.Cover and cook for 5 minutes till oil floats on top of pan,add coriander leaves and cook for another 2 minutes.Serve hot with garnished cashew nuts.
