
Ingredients:
Sesame seeds 1/2 cup
Kakarakayalu 1 cup
Onion chopped 1
Green chillies 2
Red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Oil for deep frying
Preparation:
1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying add kakarakayal and fry till nice golden brown colour.
2.On another side heat some oil in a pan add onions,green chillies and fried kakarakayalu,red chilli powder,salt and mix well.Fry for few minutes.
3.Add sesame seeds powder,turmeric,curry leaves,coriander powder,coriander leaves and mix well,cook for a minute and transfer into a bowl.Serve hot.
