Set Dosa



Ingredients:
Rice- 1 1/2 cup
Blackgram dal-1/2 cup
Boiled Rice-1 1/2cup
Rice Flakes - 1/2cup
Maida-1/4 cup
Rice Flour-1/4 cup
Baking Soda -1/2 TSp
Salt – To Taste


Method:
1. Soak the rice, cooked rice,black gram in an exceedingly vessel.
2. Soak the rice flakes one by one.
3. After 6-8 hours grind all of them to swish batter in wet grinder.
4. Mix rice flour, Maida with water to stick and add this within the batter simply before you take away the batter from the grinder.
5. Allow the batter to ferment for whole night.
6. Next day morning add sodium bicarbonate, salt and blend well.
7. Pour a ladle jam-packed with batter on the tawa.It sought to be thick like bread dosa
8. Add a tablespoon of oil over it and shut it with a lid. Keep it in low flame
Serve hot with onion condiment.
