Allam Charu (Ginger Rasam)



Ingredients:
Ginger paste 2 tbsp
Green chillies 2
Turmeric powder a pinch
Tamarind pulp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
Dry red chillies 2
Oil 2 tbsp
Jaggery

Preparation:
1.Take a pan pour some water as we needed,add tamarind pulp,ginger paste,green chillies,turmeric powder,salt,curry leaves ,jaggery and give it a stir.

2.Bring it to boil for few minutes.Take a pan pour oil,heat it.Add dry red chillies,mustard seeds,cumin seeds and saute till golden and transfer into ginger rasam.

3.Finally add coriander leaves and serve hot..!!!
