Kothimeera Pulao


Ingredients:
Basmati rice 1 cup cooked
Coriander paste 1/2 cup
Whole garam masala
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
Cashew nuts 20 grams
Green chillies sliced 3
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add in whole garam masala and saute for few seconds till they start spluttering.

2.Add cashew nut amnd saute till light golden colour,add ginger garlic paste,green chillies and coriander paste.Mix well.

3.Fry for few minutes till raw smell goes off,sprinkle some salt and finally add cooked rice to the pan,mix well evenly.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
