    How to make 7 Cups Burfi


    Ingredients:

    Besan flour - 1 cup
    Coconut shredded - 1 cup
    Cashew nuts - 1/4 cup
    Ghee - 1 cup
    Pistachios - 1/4cup
    Almonds - 1/4 cup
    Sugar - 1 cup
    Fresh Cream - 1 cup
    Cardamom seeds roughly crushed

    Preparation:

    1.Dry roast besan flour in deep non stick pan for few minutes till nice aroma,set aside in a separate bowl.

    2.Chop down the dry fruits and set aside in a bowl.

    3.Heat some ghee in a non stick pan,now add chopped dry fruits,coconut powder,roasted besan flour and saute.

    4.Keep stirring the mixture without sticking to the bottom of pan.

    5.Meanwhile crush some cardamom seeds in mortar and pestle,grease some ghee to baking tray.

    6.Add crushed cardamom powder to the pan and mix well.Finally once done transfer the mixture into baking tray and spread it evenly into a thick layer.Garnish with almonds and rest aside for few hours.Once done cut into your desired shapes and enjoy.
