Ingredients:
Moong dal 1/2 cup (boiled and mashed)
Paneer grated 1/2 cup
Wheat flour 1 cup
Pepper powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Ginger 1 tbsp chopped
Butter 2 tbsp

Preparation:
1.Take a bowl combine moong dal,paneer,salt,pepper powder,ginger,coriander leaves,lemon juice and mix well and keep aside.
2.Prepare a smooth dough with wheat flour by adding some salt,mix well with some water.
3.Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into small puris,stuff the moong dal mixture and wrap around the edges firmly.
4.Again roll them into a paratha,meanwhile heat a skillet by drizzling some butter on paratha and cook evenly on both sides.Serve hot.
