    How to make Aloo Corn Kurma


    Ingredients:
    Boiled potatoes 2
    Fresh cream
    Cashew nut paste 100 grams
    Onions chopped 3
    Green chillies 5
    Salt to taste
    Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
    American corn 1/2 cup
    Oil 3 tbsp
    Cinnamon,cloves as required
    Tempering seeds 1/2 tbsp

    Preparation:


    1.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds and saute for a minute.

    2.Add cinnamon stick,cloves,green chillies,onions,coriander powder and mix well.

    3.Add red chilli powder,salt and saute,now add cashew nut paste and mix well,keep stirring without sticking to the bottom of pan.

    4.Add some water as required for gravy consistency and bring it to boil.

    5.Add some fresh cream,salt and give it a good mix.Now simmer the flame and add corn,potatoes.Mix well

    6.Cook for another few minutes till it turns into a thick consistency,transfer into a bowl and garnish with fresh cream.Serve hot.
