How to make Atukula Pulihora (Poha Pulihora)

How to prepare Atukula Pulihora (Poha Pulihora) in telugu
Ingredients:
Atukulu 200 gms soaked in water immediately and drain
Green chillies 7
Oil 50 gms
Cumin seeds 50 gms
Mustard seeds 50 gms
Dry red chillies 4
Tamarind pulp 1 cup
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder
Peanuts 50 gms
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves

Preparation:
1.Take a pan pour 3 tbsp oil and heat it.

2.Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds 1 tbsp,peanuts saute till light golden colour.

3.Add dry red chillies,green chillies,curry leaves,tamarind pulp3-4 tbsp and bring it to boil.

4.Add turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp,salt to taste and saute.

5.Now add atukulu 1 bowl and mix well evenly all over.Cook for few minutes on medium flame.Off the stove and transfer into a plate.Garnish with coriander leaves serve hot..
