    How to prepare Jonna Pindi Ribbon Murukulu (Jonna Jantikalu)
    Ingredients:
    Jowar flour 2 cups
    Rice flour 2 tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
    Vaamu 1/2 tbsp

    Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
    Red chilli powder
    Turmeric powder
    Salt to taste
    Oil for deep frying

    Preparation:
    1.Take a bowl combine jowar flour,red chilli powder,salt,cumin seeds,sesame seeds,turmeric powder,vaamu,rice flour and mix well.

    2.Boil 1 cup water in a pan,add ginger garlic paste,2 tbsp oil.

    3.Add boiling water to dry flour mixture and let it cool down for few minutes.

    4.Now prepare a smooth dough mixture,meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.

    5.Take a sev presser and place some dough inside,press in circular motion directly on a plastic cover.Drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour and crisp.
