    how to make Beetroot Manchurian

    How to prepare Beetroot Manchurian
    Ingredients:
    Beetroot - 1 cup
    Rice flour - 1/2 cup
    Besan flour - 1/2 cup
    Green chillies - 2
    Coriander leaves
    Tomato sauce - 1 spoon
    Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 spoon
    Cumin powder - 1/2 spoon
    Tempering seeds - 1 spoon
    Onion chopped - 1 cup
    Salt to taste
    Oil for deep frying

    Preparation:


    1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.

    2.Take a bowl add beetroot 1 cup grated,besan flour 1/2 cup,rice flour 1/2 cup,ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp.salt,cumin powder 1/4 tbsp and mix well with some water and prepare a smooth dough.

    3.Prepare small round balls from the dough and keep aside.Slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry.

    4.Fry till done,transfer onto a paper napkin and drain excess oil.

    5.Meanwhile take another pan,add in 2 tbsp oil and heat it.

    6.Add tempering seeds,onion chopped 1 cup,green chillies chopped,saute till onions are translucent.

    7.Add 1 tbsp tomato ketchup and saute,add in coriander leaves.

    8.Add some water as per gravy consistency and bring it to boil.Finally add fried beetroot balls and mix well.Sprinkle some salt and mix well cook for few minutes and off the stove.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
