How to make Mamidi Thokku Avakaya



Ingredients:

Raw Mangoes 2 cups
Mustard powder - 2 spoon
Fenugreek powder - 1 spoon
Garlic cloves - 15
Salt - 1/2 cup
Turmeric - Pinch
Red chilli powder - 1 cup
Oil

Preparation:
1.Wash and Clean mangoes thoroughly and cut them into thin slices.

2.Dry the slices for 1 1/2 day under sunlight,pound well in mortar and pestle along with salt and garlic cloves.

3.Once done transfer into a bowl,add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt,fenugreek powder,mustard powder and mix well evenly.

4.Finally add oil and give it a good stir.Pickle is ready.
